Verify your source data

Marketplace contracts, fees, reporting formats, bank exports, taxes, timing, and adjustments can differ. Confirm your own Merchant Portal, contract, bank records, and accounting records before relying on a result.

CSV matching is heuristic

The reconciliation tool matches rows using the columns and tolerances you select. Incorrect mappings, duplicate amounts, batching, timing differences, post-payout adjustments, or unrelated bank transactions can create false matches or exceptions.

No accounting or legal determination

Results are informational and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Reconciliation exceptions should be investigated against the underlying records.

Third-party policies change

Public marketplace information can change after the date it was reviewed. Where available, PayoutLab links to the source so you can confirm the current policy.
